Every batch we ship assays at 98.0% or higher, by RP-HPLC area.
Guaranteed content
The laboratory weighs the peptide in each vial it assays, and every vial we ship holds 90% of its labelled mass or more. The measured figure goes on the page either way — including when it came in under the label, where the page says the lower number.
Third-party lab
Every figure is read off a certificate an independent laboratory issued for that batch, commissioned by the manufacturer, not by us. Where no certificate covers the batch on the shelf, the vial states no figure at all.
If we are wrong
Prove us wrong and the order is on us.

That laboratory because it produced the figure we published — a different method is not the same comparison. Three conditions, and there is no fourth.
Batch archive
Every batch we have listed, current and sold out, with the figure an independent laboratory measured for it. A vial already in a freezer can still be traced to the certificate it was released against.

Orders leave us the next working day as a rule, and before noon they can go out the same day.

Returns and terms
- No returns and no refunds
- Damage on arrival: photograph the parcel and the vial the day it arrives, keep the packaging, and tell us the same day. We replace the damaged vial.

What we can answer is what we can evidence. Anything outside that is not something a supplier of reference material should be telling you.
What does delivery cost?
A flat €16 to every country we ship to, and nothing at all once the goods come to €150 or more. It does not vary by weight, by country or by what is in the box, and the threshold reads against the goods alone — delivery never counts towards making itself free.
How fast do you ship?
Next working day as a rule. Order before noon and it can go out the same day. An order leaves the next working day after its payment has actually arrived, not after it was sent.
How long does delivery take?
Three to five days once it has left us.
What does “research use only” mean here?
These materials are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference. They are not medicines, not food supplements, and not for human or veterinary use. No dosing or administration guidance is provided, and we do not supply administration equipment.
What is measured, and what do you state?
Peptide purity by RP-HPLC area, and the measured content of each vial assayed, per batch. That is what the certificates carry, so that is what a product page states — batch code, the figure for every vial tested, the laboratory that ran it, and the date. Nothing is stated that was not measured.
