Privacy
Only the information needed to run the shop, fulfil an order and keep its required record.
What we use
We use the information you enter to take payment, deliver the order, provide order messages, prevent misuse and meet accounting obligations.
This includes contact and delivery details, order records, payment references, technical security logs and messages you send us. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Purivor.
We share only what is needed with hosting, payment, mail and delivery providers. We do not use advertising trackers, sell personal data or send promotional email from checkout data.
Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by tax and commercial law. Short-lived security logs are removed when no longer needed.
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where the law provides it, and may complain to a data-protection authority.
