The practical terms of an order, written to be read before buying.

Orders are accepted from consumers in the European Union for laboratory research use only.
Prices include VAT. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before purchase.
Submitting checkout is a binding offer with an obligation to pay. The order-received message only confirms receipt. We accept the order when we confirm payment or dispatch, whichever happens first.
No voluntary returns are offered. Research materials sent back to us are never resold. Do not send a product back unless we give written instructions.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, tell us within 14 days after delivery. We will tell you how the material should be handled; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
For a wrong, damaged, missing or non-conforming product, contact us with the order reference. We use replacement first where appropriate; mandatory remedies remain available.
Our purity and content guarantee is additional to your statutory rights: Send an unopened vial of the batch on your order to Janoshik Analytical, within 90 days of delivery, at your cost. Under 98.0% purity or under 90% of labelled mass, we refund the whole order and the test fee, and we do not ask for the vial back. That laboratory because it produced the figure we published — a different method is not the same comparison. Three conditions, and there is no fourth.
German law applies without removing mandatory protections available to you in your country of residence.
